But the journey does not stop there—utilizing the king of all kitchen appliances, a Josper oven, Linquist has programmed mouthwatering entrees that will keep you coming back for more, including the pescado a la talla (whole butterflied snapper served open-faced with two marinades); the Spanish-style chuleton grande; or the crown jewel—cordero (whole eight-bone rack of Australian lamb).
