How do you approach finding the perfect property for your clients?
It’s never a one-size-fits-all approach. It starts with getting to know my clients—their lifestyle, aspirations, must-haves and deal-breakers. Listening to and understanding what people need in a home is one of the most essential parts of the job. I then leverage my extensive market knowledge and network to identify properties that align with their vision and budget.
What is the most important lesson you’ve learned during your 23+ years of experience?
Integrity above all else. This business is built on trust. My clients are making significant life decisions and deserve honesty, transparency and unwavering dedication. It’s never just about one transaction; it’s about building lasting relationships and putting my client’s best interests first.
What is one thing people should know when looking for real estate in the Miami market?
Keep an open mind. I’ve had many clients start with one neighborhood only to fall in love with a different area they hadn’t initially considered. With proper guidance, you can find a home that fits your lifestyle and goals. The Miami market is competitive, so it’s important to work with a seasoned professional with deep local knowledge who understands each neighborhood’s nuances and can identify opportunities and off-market deals.
What are your favorite things about Miami?
The incredible architecture and diversity of the neighborhoods, each with its own unique personality—from the historic charm of Coral Gables to Miami Beach’s mix of art deco, Mediterranean and contemporary design— and, of course, the outdoor lifestyle. South Florida offers a perfect blend of luxury and leisure, where everything you need is always within reach.
