Celebrity chef Donatella Arpaia, restaurateur and a regular judge on the Food Network’s Iron Chef America and The Next Iron Chef, is at the helm of a new restaurant, Noma Beach at Redfish located in Coral Gables’ historical Matheson Hammock Park.

The existing location is newly transformed with renovated interiors offering a variety of areas for guests to delight in Italian fare. Take a seat indoors or at the all-white outdoor dining area steps away from the sand for an elevated boho beach vibe featuring VIP cabanas, or feast your eyes on panoramic water views from the rooftop, available for private parties and monthly events including winemaker dinners, whiskey nights, and sunset yoga and Champagne.
