Graspa Group, one of South Florida's premier restaurant management firms, recognized the need for a dining concept that truly encapsulated Italy's rich cultural and culinary traditions. Following the success of popular concepts such as Salumeria 104, Spris Artisan Pizza, Segafredo Espresso, and Esotico Miami, Graspa Group saw an opportunity to combine rustic Italian charm with fine dining service and experience through Osteria's carefully curated menu. The firm is known for creating and operating a diverse portfolio of original, Italian-accented restaurant concepts.
