Parisian Purpose

| April 23, 2014 | Parties

To celebrate this year’s South Beach Wine & Food Festival, Seasalt and Pepper co-owner Stephane Dupoux decided to bring some Euro nightlife to Miami. To that end, the powers that be created a Buddha Bar pop-up at the restaurant, a one-night-only experience that took its taste and ambience cues from the acclaimed lounge in Paris. Guests enjoyed a menu of signature dishes by Buddha Bar Executive Chef Eric Rousselieres and a playlist of world, soul and electronic sounds by DJ Ravin. After breaking bread, folks like actress Debi Mazar, chefs Art Smith and Lorena Garcia, and tennis pro Arantxa S├ínchez Vicario mingled late into the Miami night. –Photography by World Red Eye
