Meticulously developed in-house and made fresh daily, this better-for-you gelato blends Italian tradition with Pura Vida’s commitment to clean ingredients. Naturally sweetened with trehalose and free from gluten and refined sugars, the gelato embodies balance without compromise—an invitation to enjoy, intentionally.
Signature flavors such as salted pistachio, chocolate hazelnut, and Welcome to Miami—an ode to one of the brand’s beloved smoothies—are crafted with high-quality ingredients and served in gluten-free waffle cones drizzled with homemade chocolate. Guests can also indulge in Pura Vida to-go pints in standout flavors, including fior di vanilla.
