Ready, Set, Shop!

| October 25, 2011 | Parties

Not even a torrential downpour was able to dampen spirits at this year’s Fashion’s Night Out. Miami’s second FNO was successful to say the least, judging by the long queue of cars trying to access the parking garage at Bal Harbour Shops. By 7pm, many visitors had to park blocks away as the center was filled to capacity, and nowhere was that more apparent than at Oscar de la Renta, where Miami magazine and Canyon Ranch Hotel & Spa held their own celebration as a fundraiser for Locust Projects. Down south in Coconut Grove, a different Miami party also drew in the crowds at Camille Thiry Russler’s Ever After boutique. The big draw here: a spring 2012 bridal trunk show featuring yet more Oscar de la Renta designs. Schwag is always a big part of FNO, and giveaways were not in short supply at the event. Raffle prizes included everything from Caribbean getaways to gym memberships. Long live retail. Photography by NPLG Images
