Related Group’s Casa Bella Residences by B&B Italia soars ahead.
The 56-story Italian-inspired luxury condominium by B&B Italia recently secured $240 million in financing after breaking ground in Downtown Miami’s Arts & Cultural district. Leading real estate developer Related Group and partner Alta Developers received the loan from privately held investment firm Cain International, catapulting the project's development.
“We’re proud to partner with Cain to bring Casa Bella Residences by B&B Italia to life,” said Nick Pérez, President of Related’s Condominium Division. “This collaboration underscores our commitment to creating an exceptional residential product that will enhance and elevate the surrounding neighborhood. The capital infusion strengthens our ability to deliver on this commitment, as we redefine the standard for design-driven living within one of Miami’s most in-demand residential destinations."
Casa Bella marks the first residential partnership for famed Italian design house B&B Italia, which has previously collaborated with quintessential luxury brands such as Rolex, Hermès and Rolls-Royce. The residences are rooted in contemporary Italian design, with architecture by Arquitectonica and interiors by B&B Italia creative director and designer Piero Lissoni.
Residences range from one to four bedrooms with noteworthy features such as soaring ceilings, sweeping views, private elevator access, state-of-the-art kitchens with Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances and finely crafted European fixtures hand-selected by the B&B Italia team. As far as the Penthouse Collection, there are ten meticulously designed homes with seven distinct floor plans, the most extravagant being a pair of 54th-floor triplex residences with private rooftop terraces equipped with spa pools and summer kitchens.
Two full floors of amenities include a spacious venue for hosting events, a wine vault and private tasting lounge, a private theater and co-working spaces. Fitness-minded residents are encouraged to explore the world-class wellness center that offers professional-level machinery and dedicated yoga and spin rooms, as well as spa facilities providing massages and blowouts.
Landscape architect Enzo Enea conceptualized a lush Italian-inspired garden to immerse the pool deck, essentially creating an outdoor oasis highlighted by an 80-foot lap pool, private cabanas and shaded lounge areas beckoning open-air yoga and meditation. Residents can nosh on Mediterranean bites from the poolside bar and café as they lounge in the sun. Meanwhile, the 56th floor houses the tower’s rooftop pool and terrace surrounded by even more breathtaking views.
