The Event
A popular retailer with Miami’s fashion set, Intermix opened its third boutique in South Beach with a cocktail party that familiarized fans of the company with what its retail culture is all about: superior brands, gorgeous customers and having fun.

The Crowd
Heavily female, the guest list included local tastemakers Lauren Gnazzo, Ashley Turchin, Alicia Halegua, Tatiana Cartaya and Alina de La Vega Maclean, who were tapped to serve as local brand ambassadors of sorts by appearing in a series of photographs showcasing different looks offered at the boutique. Also there perusing the racks and mingling were Intermix President Jyothi Rao, Intermix VP of Retail Heather Bohs, photographer Seth Browarnik, style blogger Ginger Harris and developer Brandon Cauff.

The Highlights
For a rather understated store opening, the evening was not without its high notes. Guests enjoyed Champagne as they checked out the 2,640-square-foot space, its mannequins (specially custom-made for this location) and the four murals created by local artist Francesco LoCastro.
