This month, the Food Network’s South Beach Wine & Food Festival returns to Miami sands to celebrate its 22nd year. The sensational star-studded four-day event showcases a world-class roster of culinary talents, hospitality veterans and wine and spirit producers.
This action-packed weekend has tapped some of the country’s greatest culinary talents, from expert-led cooking classes to mouthwatering libations. The weekend kicks off with the 16th annual Burger Bash, presented by Schweid & Sons, with an exceptional performance by Grammy-nominated country music band Midland. Hosted by chef, restaurateur, television personality and cookbook author Emeril Lagasse, this classic event is the ultimate stop for burger lovers. As one of the weekend’s hottest tickets to snag, this year is destined to share a carefully curated menu of 30 mouthwatering burgers prepared by some of South Florida’s most prestigious chefs.

Participating chefs include famed personalities such as Luciana Giangrandi and Alex Meyer of Boia De, Sebastian Vargas of Los Felix, Charlie Palmer, Antonio Bachour, Harold Moore and Josh Becker, all part of the Michelin Guide dinner series.
Guests are also encouraged to attend Tacos & Tequila, presented by Tequila Cazadores and hosted by American actor Danny Trejo. The event will feature more than 25 chefs serving up droolworthy Mexican-inspired dishes. Closing out the action-packed weekend is Bacardi Carnival hosted by Andrew Zimmern, and will be the ultimate Sunday beach soiree.
