Linéaire Group, in partnership with ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, recently unveiled Surf Row Residences (surfrowresidences.com), an ultraluxury development with single-family-inspired residences.

The award-winning firm Rene Gonzalez Architects is set to deliver elegance and develop refined interiors, which these eight private beach homes will feature in an unparalleled location.

The beachside villas will range from three to five bedrooms with 3,500 to 5,600 square feet of indoor space. Each uniquely designed space will maximize the indoor-outdoor connection and plans to utilize light and nature to inspire, elevate and connect residents with the environment. The villas will also feature a private outdoor living space, including a rooftop with a pool, kitchen and gazebo.

Located at 88th Street and Collins Avenue, the Surf Row Residences are set to combine the neighborhood’s extensive history with modern-day beach living while pulling inspiration from brownstones in the Northeast.
Just steps away from North Shore Park, Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club, Bal Harbour Shops and the Indian Creek Country Club, the project is slated to break ground during the spring of 2023, and sales will be handled exclusively through ONE Sotheby’s International.
