As if Swan could get more popular, the Design District eatery recently introduced a new weekend brunch. Available both Saturday and Sunday from 11am to 3pm, the a la carte menu features standouts such as shrimp and grits, bourbon cinnamon roll, coconut pancakes, ham and cheese omelet and the smoked salmon tier, a tea party of sorts with toasted bagels, lox, deviled eggs and tomatoes.
