Attendees enjoy breakfast as the panel discussion gets underway.
THE OCCASION We know breakfast is considered the most important meal of the day, so combining it with what some Miamians deem the most important aspect of leisure—style—only makes sense. The latest edition of Fashion for Breakfast, a regular series by Capretto Shoes, proved good taste and sartorial excellence always go hand in hand. THE CROWD Ready to discuss fashion (and, more specifically, shoes) were the breakfast’s main stars: fashionista Marina Larroudé, Chelsea Paris footwear founder Theresa Ebagua and Capretto Shoes Head Buyer Jason Salstein, who served as the talk’s moderator. There to listen were the likes of designer Angeles Almuna, stylist Jhon Jairo Santos and a slew of the city’s style set. THE HIGHLIGHTS As Larroudé, Ebagua and Salstein made their points on shoes, fall 2015 collections and all things chic, guests enjoyed morning specialties by Cecconi’s at Soho Beach House, where the talk was held. After the discussion, attendees mingled with the panelists and made plans for the event’s second part: a Chelsea Paris trunk show at the Capretto Shoes showroom the next day. –Photography by World Red Eye
