This Thanksgiving season, we’re thankful for reservations. Skip fussing in the kitchen over a turkey that doesn’t seem to cook properly and breaking your back over an army of dishes that keep piling up just as you thought you were done. Many of Miami’s finest restaurants are serving up more than mashed potatoes and stuffing—they’re getting creative with their turkey feasts. Thank yourself and take a seat at the table at one of these Miami restaurants for Thanksgiving dinner or even brunch.
Michelin-starred Le Jardinier is giving thanks with a gastronomic journey priced at $135 per person. The garden-centric menu includes golden beets, sunchoke velouté, bavette au jus served with eggplant, broccolini and mushrooms and the star of the show, an organic turkey, perfectly roasted and accompanied by an array of root vegetables, stuffing and cranberry. Featured sides range from crispy fried Brussels sprouts to mushroom stuffing.
You can never go wrong at Carbone, and Thanksgiving is no different. For $225 per person either outdoors or indoors, feast on a luxurious four-course spread with headliners such as Caesar alla ZZ, Tuna Calabrese, Spicy Rigatoni Vodka, Mario’s Meatballs, Cornbread Stuffing and a sumptuous Glazed Turkey Breast. Conclude with Pecan Pie and Lemon Cheesecake.
The Strand will be offering two seatings, one at 5 p.m. and one at 7 p.m, priced at $95 for adults and $45 for kids 12 and under. Enjoy all the makings of a Thanksgiving feast, starting with Fall Harvest Black Truffle Burratina as the first course, Bonita Springs Sweet Corn Cappelleti as the second course, Confit and Herb Roasted Turkey as the third course and concluding with Pumpkin Mousse Mille-Feuille as the final course.
Forget turkey—when at COTE, steak is the only option worth considering and we’re absolutely okay with this. Indulge in the Thanksgiving omakase of your dreams at COTE Miami for $155 per person, a feast of USDA Prime and American Wagyu Beef. The omakase will include four selected cuts with accompaniments such as egg soufflé, scallion salad, sticky rice stuffing, Japanese glass noodles and pie, of course.
The recipient of two Michelin stars, L’Atelier De Joël Robuchon is delivering culinary perfection this Thanksgiving in the form of an elaborate five-course tasting menu, priced at $285 per person. This journey features items such as foie gras royale with parmesan foam, Norwegian King Crab with the option of adding 10 grams of royal Kaluga caviar, poached black bass with stuffed zucchini flower, filet mignon with braised chestnuts and mushroom ragout. Guests can also opt for a more traditional turkey dinner with roasted root vegetables, stuffing and cranberry condiment.
Celebrated Chef Jimmy de Almeida is whipping up an a la carte Thanksgiving supper to savor for eternity, starting with a velvety butternut squash soup, followed by an herb roasted heritage turkey complemented by sides such as potato purée, sourdough stuffing, green beans with parsley and cranberry chutney. For dessert, delight in your choice of apple or pecan pie.
Nikki Beach is hosting a special tropical Thanksgiving lunch this season complete with live music and fall decor. From 12 to 6 p.m. on Thursday, celebrate with family and friends over a coastal-inspired Thanksgiving meal featuring dishes such as Oysters Ceviche Misto with Cranberry Vinaigrette, Roasted Yellowtail Snapper, Lobster Mac & Cheese, White & Dark Turkey and Florida key Lime Pie.
James Beard Award-winning chef Michael Schwartz presents his take on Thanksgiving dinner at Amara at Paraiso, which will feature many special a la carte holiday dishes and beverages. Some highlights include a Joyce Farms Turkey with all of the classic fixings, roasted butternut squash, crispy Brussels sprouts, Yukon gold mashed potatoes, porcini mushroom soup and pumpkin risotto. Dessert showcases Amara specials with a Thanksgiving twist, such as Pumpkin Spice Flan and Apple Pie Empanada. You won’t want to miss the winning cocktail—a cranberry gin and tonic.
Spice up Thanksgiving this year with live jazz and a turkey dinner inspired by French cooking techniques and flavors at Sérêvène. The festive four-course menu priced at $109 per person includes a honey nut squash bisque with nutmeg crème and amaretto crumble, a cranberry kale salad with bagel crisps and a turkey sage roulade served with sofrito braised greens and wild mushroom bread pudding. The grand finale consists of a wine poached pear topped with ginger spiced creme anglaise and red berry coulis.
Begin your Thanksgiving feasting early by brunching at Jaya at The Setai. Their signature jazz brunch will be taking place from 11:15 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, offering a courtyard experience with live jazz, endless Roederer Champagne, special holiday dishes and an assortment of Asian, seafood and dessert stations. Dinner is served from 6 to 11 p.m., featuring Jaya’s signature dishes alongside specials such as Peking Duck Spring Rolls, Pumpkin Soup, Turkey Roulade and Pumpkin Spiced Beignets.
Renowned Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten’s version of Thanksgiving dinner is a reimagining of Caribbean, Spanish, Latin and South American cuisines all at once, featuring a la carte holiday items and a Specialty Dessert crafted by Chef. Dinner is served from 5:30 p.m. to 10 p.m.
