As temperatures drop and the year comes to a close, there is no better way to reflect and express gratitude than with loved ones over a delicious feast. Here are some South Florida restaurants offering seasonal favorites this Thanksgiving season.
The Strand

Located at the Carillon Miami Wellness Resort, The Strand offers a mouthwatering four-course meal, starting with a holiday classic, butternut squash soup. Made with fresh pumpkin, squash, sweet potatoes, baby kale and more, this soup is the perfect way to kick off the evening. Guests can indulge in flavorful black fig ravioli crafted with saffron housemade pasta and, of course, no Thanksgiving meal is complete without turkey. Made with housemade cranberry sauce, stuffing, gravy, sweet mashed potato, brussels sprouts and black garlic wild mushroom, the lemon pepper roasted turkey is undoubtedly the star of the show. This Thanksgiving season, Red Rooster features a pre-fixe menu, starting with either the Red Rooster Caesar salad or the delicious deviled egg toast made with country bread, deviled egg salad, shaved radish and carrots and more. Red Rooster will serve three distinctive main courses perfect for every Thanksgiving feast. Make sure to try the Red Rooster sweet potato casserole made with mashed yams, spiced pecan granola and topped with marshmallow and cayenne cane syrup drizzle.
