The Matador Room is welcoming summer with the Taste of Matador, a menu that will be available through the season and which celebrates the restaurant’s five years by highlighting chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten’s signature dishes. Among the highlights are the spring pea guacamole, maitake mushrooms, the man’s take on arroz con pollo (complete with crispy chicken skin strips) and the tres leches cake. Cost is $78 per person.
