As The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman celebrates its 15th anniversary of the Cayman Cookout this January, it unveils new levels of luxury experiences. Throughout the weekend, guests can enjoy a series of cooking demonstrations, destination adventures, poolside soirées and more. Bringing together some of the finest chefs, mixologists and spirits connoisseurs from around the world, such as Eric Ripert, Kristen Kish, Antonio Bachour, Enrique Olvera and more, the lavish culinary festival is sure to be a one-of-a-kind experience.
While past Cayman Cookouts were structured as food festivals, this upcoming event is set to be a completely immersive experience where culinary lovers can experience face-to-face excursions with the chefs. Hosted by Michelin-starred chef Eric Ripert, the six-day celebration features signature experiences, including an exhilarating expedition to cull lionfish with chef José Andrés, a private jet tour to Jamaica’s GoldenEye resort with chef Eric Ripert, a pickleball competition presented by Whispering Angel. The Crystal Anniversary gala dinner will feature signature dishes from the involved chefs.
