Residences, which start in the high $3 million range, come with access to the Fontainebleau Aviation Facility, Turnberry Isle Marina and a one-year membership at Turnberry Isle Country Club. As for amenities? Everything you would expect all those zeros to buy: 24/7 valet and security personnel, private beach amenities and the Sky Club on floors 30 to 32. “Our staff will be trained to know every resident by name, and no detail or request will be too small,” says Michael Gilbert, Fontainebleau Development’s senior VP, who’s been instrumental in shaping the golden Turnberry service for more than 20 years. “Our mission is to ensure buyers have the best of everything.”
