AKT
Experts say the key to sticking to a regular exercise routine is variety. At the new AKT studio in Midtown, no two sessions are the same. The dance cardio workout is made up of 45- to 60-minute classes that incorporate a full spectrum of fitness elements that touch on movement, strength training and plyometrics. Four different modalities (a mix of low-rep/high-weight to improve muscular strength and high-rep/low-weight for endurance) keep participants engaged, while new choreography introduced every three weeks ensures boredom is the last thing on members’ minds. 3407 NE First Ave., Miami, theakt.com

Ahana Yoga
Revered as one of the best yoga studios in Miami, Ahana Yoga just got better. The venue recently moved to a space that is three times larger. This new location allows for more times and classes from teachers wellversed in namaste moves, as well as healing, running, surfing and more, bringing a more rounded approach to their sessions. 43 NE 38th St., Miami, ahanayoga.com
