Miami Film Society & O CINEMA members, MIFF Mayhem & O Cinema BizZ-R-O Cinema attendees were treated to a brilliant fresh twist on home-invasion horror. YOU’RE NEXT involves a gang of masked, ax-wielding murderers who descend upon the Davison family reunion. The hapless victims seem trapped... until an unlikely guest of the family proves to be the most talented killer of all. Ferocious and charming lead actress Sharni Vinson — who is willing to put herself through hell to knock your socks off — was in attendance for intro and highly animated Q&A. The film was programmed as part of MIFF's MAYHEM program, which was created in 2012 to celebrate the creativity of genre-focused film talents.
